At Natures Rejuvenate, we are committed to delivering your vitamins, supplements, and medical equipment quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all customers in the United States and Nigeria.

By placing an order on naturesrejuvenate.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing may take longer during holidays, high order volume, or if additional verification is needed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Options

a. Standard Shipping (U.S. & Nigeria)

  • Delivery times vary by location.

  • Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days in the U.S. and 3–10 business days in Nigeria.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier.

b. Expedited Shipping

  • Faster delivery options may be available at an extra cost.

  • Estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

c. Same-Day Delivery (Local Service)

For customers located close to our distribution area, we offer same-day delivery, when available.

  • Eligible only for nearby ZIP/postal codes.

  • Additional variable fee applies based on distance and urgency.

  • Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time.

d. In-Store Pickup / Local Pickup

We also offer a free pickup option where available.
Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.

A confirmation email or valid ID may be required.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if supported by the carrier).


4. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Natures Rejuvenate is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Delays caused by customs (if applicable)

  • Weather or natural events

  • Lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as “delivered”

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot reship or refund orders due to these issues.


5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we will support customers who experience fulfillment issues.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your package arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

Please include photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within:

  • The United States

  • Nigeria

We do not currently ship to other countries.


7. All Sales Final

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons:

All sales are final.

Natures Rejuvenate does not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

This applies to all products, including supplements, vitamins, and medical equipment.
