4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Natures Rejuvenate is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
We will assist you with filing a carrier claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for such incidents.


5. Digital Receipts & Proof of Purchase

Customers must keep their order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
We may request this during issue resolution.


6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled order that falls under this policy may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of all supporting documentation to your bank or payment provider
